At Common Ground, we plug in to God’s Word so we can

IMITATE Christ, develop a PASSION for Christ and SHARE Christ.

Common Ground Student Ministry is a ministry of the Athens Wesleyan Church. Our target age group is students from 6th – 12th grade.

Each week you can expect to experience God in new and relevant ways as well as get to know other students who have a desire to know God or who may not yet know who God is.

A typical gathering consists of time in the gym, worship, message, and a small group.

Throughout the year, we plan activities and go to events that are a great deal of fun. Not only are these events and activities fun, but many of them focus on helping students take their faith to a new level.
